Nicholas E. Prestigiacomo

My history in the field of residential remodeling and interior design spans some thirty plus years. For twenty of those years, I was owner/operator of a kitchen & bath remodeling company with an upscale showroom displaying custom & semi-custom cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures and associated products. I also managed and ran a countertop fabrication shop as part of the business. Along with design and sales, I offered contracting services as a solution for projects that required turn-key service. Pursuant to 2010, I worked for other design/build firms in the capacity of design, construction estimating, contract sales and project management.

I bring all this experience into the real estate industry, where I can offer an extra level of value to my clients, helping them to avoid common pitfalls, spot unseen potential and make the best deal possible, whether buying or selling property.

My Passion

I've got a passion for fixing and building things. When a challenge arises, rather than automatically seeking outside help, I usually try to figure it out myself first. I think that is what builds knowledge and experience, especially in the construction trade. Hands on! I've always been good at working with my hands, and as a young carpenter working for a private builder, I learned a lot.. from framing to finishing work. That is what naturally propelled me into kitchen design, cabinet installation and countertop fabrication, along with remodeling contracting. A well-completed project and a happy customer is, to me, the ultimate fruit of my passion.
